We have turned the K2 into a digital caliper. We have added markings and scales to the standard K2 that allow you to record measurement details down to 6 microns in any image you take with it.

When coupled with the P-51 Camlift the K2 and camera can quickly and easily take a series of images automatically that when combined yield a single in focus image of an entire three dimensional object. We have calculated the depth of field of each objective on the K2 at every setting.
