The Oregon Department of Agriculture's Dr. Jim LaBonte purchased a Visionary Digital BK Plus Imaging System for his lab. Steve Valley, the photographer at the lab, is responsible for the daily operation of the system.
The system set up was a quick two hours and the training was easy. Steve Valley is an accomplished photographer with years of experience. He was able to produce publication quality images in just a few minutes.
Jim LaBonte, who is not a professional photographer, and I were especially impressed at his ability to produce a beautiful image of his specimen is short order.

After shooting for a full day the verdict was in. The BK Plus Imaging System passed all tests with flying colors!
It was a pleasure working with the folks at the ODA. They all have a great sense of humor and a strong work ethic. At the end of the day we had accomplished all we had set out to do and then some. We had a lot of fun doing it as well.
